Steps to setup Offline Version:
1) Click on the above link to download OfflineFlashQE.zip file for Offline viewing. File can be downloaded at any location (say Desktop or C:\ drive).
2) Extract the ZIP file. (This can be done by right clicking on the file and selecting Extract option).
3) Double click on the file “LaunchQE.html” from the Extracted folder.
